So what's Dal doing now that he's finished the book?

He has taken over the management of IceStoneUSA ,a company based in Brooklyn, New York, that makes counter tops out of recycled glass and cement.  His goal is to practice the same responsible capitalism he learned from his Tweezerman experience and by empowering the IceStone employees so that together they can turn the company into a profitable enterprise.
